And that sucks but,if you come back to Detroit and give it another run you will see that you will end up the starter anyways Cuz,i know you can beat Dante and Stanton out of the starting QB spot! Anyways there have been a lot of us lobbying for you to come back! We are your fans please don't let us down! I Mean you have a fan base in Detroit and with that fan base it can do a lot for you in the NFL. For many years I have been waiting for him to play, and he finally did this past season. I only got to see him play in two games because I am away at college. But from watching the stats on my computer screen every weekend and the final scores, I would say Dan is and was the best man for the job. There is no doubt in my mind that he did the best job running the team this season. The most important characteristic about a quarterback is his leadership, and that is something that Dan has. The players respected him, and they worked well together. I don't think the Lions could ask for anything more. Dan is great, and I just hope that he has the opportunity to be our starting quarterback next year. I pray that Dan stays with the team.
